DMV Restorations Inc. is a multi-family leader, a Class A General Contracting company specializing in restorations, renovation and remodeling services in the DC, MD, and VA areas within the Commercial and Residential sectors. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we take a comprehensive approach to provide customized services and ensure utmost client satisfaction.

We are seeking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

Role Description:

This is a full-time sales representative  role located in Manassas, VA. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating sales leads, increasing current account volume, prospecting and maintaining new accounts, and must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of account development and account management skills are required for this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively develop client contacts and sales opportunities;

  • Conduct Market research on prospective and existing clients;

  • Manage and grow our customer base to achieve a given monthly sales quota;

  • Develop and present sales proposals;

  • Prepare and present proposals that are both beneficial to new clients and profitable for the company;

  • Create new proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing DMV Restoration Inc. services;

  • Identify and assist in implementing strategies to improve quality of service; productivity, and profitability;

  • Inspect ongoing projects on a regular basis;

  • Prepare sales, marketing proposals and presentations;

  • Participate in trade shows and other lead-generating events;

  • Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including but not limited to administration, production, management, and contractors.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

  • 3+ Years of proven experience as a sales representative or related field

  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive results

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to build, retain and maintain relationships with customers

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Experience in the restoration, renovation, or construction industry is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field is preferred. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

  • Knowledge of estimating principles;

  • Needs to be flexible and creative with sales strategy and telemarketing/cold calling/prospecting/networking.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple leads/projects concurrently;

  • Position requires daily and routine travel;

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

Salary Range: up to $48k - $150K per year (+ commission) ***No Cap on Commission***

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

  • Uncapped commission


*Base salary is commensurate with experience.
