We are seeking an upstanding, enthusiastic and experienced Bilingual Scheduling and Dispatching Coordinator who can become a part of and grow within our company.

About the Role

Role Description:

DMV Restorations, Inc. is looking for a responsible Scheduling & Dispatching Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Scheduling & Dispatching Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company’s general office activities. This position requires an individual to pivot quickly through various tasks, answer multi-phone line and cell phone, and maintain pace with the flow of emails, phone calls, and other tasks assigned.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms;

  • Schedule, Dispatch, and take calls for work orders;

  • Assign and distribute work orders;

  • Daily follow-up with clients and contractors;

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;

  • Update and maintain office documents which include but not limited to contractor and vendor contacts, lease documents, and service reports;

  • Engage in Sales outreach to clients;

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years Customer Service experience;

  • Minimum of 5 years Scheduling and Dispatching experience in the trade industry (i.e. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, General Contractor Services);

  • CRM software experience is a plus!

  • Sales/Service experience;

  • Working knowledge of office equipment (copier/printer, computer, etc.);

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular);

  • Ability to prioritize work;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Excellent mathematical reasoning skills related to this industry (basic arithmetic, calculating measurements, estimating materials, etc.);

  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)!

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift (8 AM to 5 PM), Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work required

  • Onsite at office location (This position is not remote.)


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.44 per hour
